AMP Strength & Conditioning is dedicated to making a positive lifestyle change for our children. With childhood obesity increasing at an alarming rate, it is imperative to begin developing healthy habits to combat this epidemic at an early age. It is also important that kids bodies develop as a whole and not sport specific at a young age. Their growing bodies need to develop as an entire complex. Our Bootcamp for Kids program is committed to giving kids of all abilities a chance to be active, make healthy choices, and more importantly, teach them to feel good about themselves, all in a safe, fun, and exciting environment!

Our Bootcamp for Kids program is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our structured program will help your child develop the functional strength they need to perform in ANY sport or physical activity. Fun and challenging drills and workouts will develop:
- Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance
Our program is inclusive and completely scaleable for beginners and advanced level participants. Regardless of your child’s fitness level, they will have fun while getting fit in our Bootcamp for Kids program!
We will be offering two, 4 week sessions this summer.
Each session will consist of 2 classes per week and will last 4 weeks (8 total classes). ALL AGES 7 & UP WELCOME!
2nd Session – 6 spots available:
Dates: July 11 – August 4
Times: Tues. & Thurs. 8:30-9:30 am
There are no make ups for missed classes unless we have to cancel due to inclement weather. In that case we will schedule a make up class.
