AMP is a strength and conditioning facility that uses workouts that practice gymnastics, plyometrics, olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting, as well as running, biking, rowing, and kettle bell work to increase the agility, mobility, and power of our athletes.
If you are just getting started, we offer BootCamp classes that involves minimal technical movements and allows you to address your strength and conditioning immediately.
Our trainers are prepared to tailor each and every workout for your needs, while compensating for pre-existing injuries and physical limitations.
